We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, only if the tudung is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
To start a return or exchange, please:
Take a clear photo of the tudung showing the issue

We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process according to our policy

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days for orders within Malaysia (Peninsula, Sabah & Sarawak). For online hijab purchases from overseas, delivery time depends on the destination location.
Yes, you can change the color or size of the headscarf as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us within 12 hours after payment is made to check stock and confirm the exchange.
Yes! Once your hijab order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to check the delivery status.
If you are new to wearing a hijab, we recommend a hijab from the “Instant” or “Easy Iron” collection because it is easy to wear, doesn't require a lot of pins, and is suitable for daily activities.
